HLB McKeogh Galllagher Ryan is one of the leading financial experts in the renewable energy sector.

Mary McKeogh leads a team with indepth practical experience of the funding, taxation and advisory requirements of those operating in the sector.

Our Team has over 20 years’ experience in advising on tax based investments and has specifically focused for the last ten years on EIIS fundraising for the renewable energy sector with particular emphasis on wind, solar and biomass.

As a consequence of this we have built up a network of relationships with operators, technical experts and specialised debt providers in the area. We are familliar with the broad range of hurdles that must be overcome to bring a renewable project through the phases from early stage pipeline to installation and are capable of providing business and taxation advisory support throughout.

We closely follow all legal and commerical developments in this rapidly evolving sector to ensure that we are best placed to assist our clients with the financial and taxation aspects of their business decisions.

Services provided include:
  • Structuring and marketing projects to raise EIIS funding
  • Assistance with banking and financing of projects
  • Business advisory (including restructures, sales and acquisitions)
  • Tax planning and structuring
  • Audit and taxation compliance

We are advisors who know and understand business.

  • Mary and her team took time and care to get to know us and our business. We have great comfort in the knowledge that we have access to quality advice which is specific to our business requirements, across the different facets of Taxation, Accounting and Corporate Finance. This empowers us to make essential decisions supporting our growing business.
