ABOUT THE PRIVATE PLACING
GARRYMORE WINDFARM is a 9-turbine 9.5MW windfarm located in the townlands of Garrymore and Glenalla, near Milford Co Donegal, offering eligible investors 2016 tax relief and a projected return of €1.15 for every €1 invested. Development costs are circa €13 million. The turbines are due to be commissioned in Q3 2017. Leases are in place with the land owners, the site has full planning permission with a Gate 3 grid connection offer. The promoters are experienced in the wind sector and have an expert team of consultants advising on the project. The site has a positive wind energy yield report from Garrad Hassan.
We expect it to be fully subscribed so early booking is advised as it will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
